Hello there, I’m so glad you’re here!

Hi, I’m Angelyna Mintz, a Vancouver-based Journalist with a strong sense of community and passion for storytelling. Ever since I was a young child, I always found myself asking difficult questions and digging for answers, through my genuine curiosity for what was happening around me. I strive to find stories that aren’t being covered and bring them to life.

A Passion for Visuals

A mini documentary that features Matthew McCrady an Ice Technician at Royal City Curling Club, who takes you behind the scenes to show you how curling ice is made.

A Way with Words

An online news story that looks at BCIT’s food programs available to students in need as the costs of inflation continues to rise. I talked with Victoria Williams, a BCITSA wellness specialist, about these programs, student access to them, and why these are such vital programs for the community at this time.

A Voice for Story Telling

A short radio documentary produced by Jacob New and Angelyna Mintz on the game of horseshoes. We followed Linda Bradt from Surrey B.C. to see how the game is played and talked to her about her love for the game.
